Vinum Italicum in Wolfenbuttel

The Vinum Italicum is always the first choice in Wolfenbüttel. The dishes on the small menu are always delicious, and the selection of wines is great. Also now an excellent alternative in the To-GO time. The staff is friendly and the owner is always a competent advisor when it comes to wines and food.

Great menu in Corona times. The food is well packaged and can be enjoyed very well at home too! All meals to take away!

My favorite Italian. I have come from far and wide to eat and drink here. Very good wines, fantastic food and always something that I haven't got anywhere else.

Unfortunately due to CoVid only collection at the moment. I am very happy to use it. The distance and hygiene measures are taken very carefully.

Great food, great wines, nice service. Everything as one can only wish. We would love to come back and we will stock up on a couple of bottles of the good wine in advance for the lock down!

The food was fresh and had an excellent taste. Here sea bass and salmon tartare. The dessert also very delicious. Pistachio parfait. Only the seating could have been a bit more comfortable.

Very pleasant atmosphere and previously nice staff! The menu is small but delicious, pasta, meat, fish, appetizers and dessert are exceptionally tasty. As the card changes daily, we are always surprised! Highly recommended are the excellent wines and liqueurs, which the owner personally purchases from Italy. Again and again, also thanks to the Italian charm!

The food is delicious, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The waitress (apparently the owner) is very rude and arrogant. They really do not seem to need it, even though we all had 3 courses and therefore left a lot of money there. I will not visit the Italian again.

For my part, I can not recommend this restaurant. We were there with a small group. Of our 12 dishes, 8 were cold and 1 lukewarm. Only the 3 fish eaters could enjoy a warm meal. In addition, we were provided 3 bottles of water and the table, which were also paid by the first person. It was rude to try to re-account for the bottles of water paid by the last person paying, which was then clarified by one of our people.

the reception is excellent, the environment is very warm and harmonious. The food is genuine and satisfying for all tastes. And it is accompanied by refined Italian wines. The menu is composed of a wide choice of dishes, to which you can combine the right wine. Italian flavors enclosed in an excellent restaurant. Congratulations to the Staff.
